Category Description

Competitors will be given drawings and instructions (written or oral) for the tasks and make their work from the provided materials. A mastery of the following skills is expected from a successful candidate : ability to read drawings, sheet metal and welding skills as described in the degree requirements, ability to use basic machinery and manual tools, recognition of the welding signs and symbols, and working according to the safety instructions. The participants will be informed about the types of machines and other technical details as well as the additional materials used in the competition in connection with the announcement of the task.
