Category Description
This category is based on the curriculum-based training of a vocational degree in Printing Technology. The demands that the working life sets to a young professional and the aspect of sustainable development are also considered in the competition. After graduation, print designers typically work in printing and post-processing duties in printing of books, newspapers and packages.

Competition tasks consist of the following parts:

• Offset printing
• Other printing methods (seri and/or digital printing)
• Quality control (measuring the quality)
• Post-processing (trimming the edges of the print and/or book printing)
• Running
• A printing simulator
